She has witnessed clients’ joy and surprise over and over again during their Big Reveal Days. Every client is one-of-a-kind, and she believes that their environments should be too. Always encouraging and motivating, Laura coordinates and implements our team management and training programs. With degrees in Speech Communication and Education from San Diego State and UT Arlington, she’s a gifted communicator. After 25 years in education, she was ready for a new challenge and has embraced the design world with open arms. Laura’s leadership ability stems from her years of playing competitive soccer, and she has stayed involved by coaching and playing on a number of teams.

After earning her Interior Architecture and Drafting degree, Carlie followed her dreams of becoming an interior designer. Her dream came true when she joined Landry Designs, and she’s been impressing clients with her designs and professionalism ever since. She is a visual and creative thinker with fresh ideas to share with the world, and she’s thankful to be able to do that with our amazing customers!

Shantell is a dreamer and a doer, which translates into her design skills. She earned her Associate in Arts degree and studied Interior Design and Home Furnishings Merchandising at the University of North Texas. She is a wife and mother of three active children, which makes her a great multi-tasker. Shantell is able to connect with clients in a way that makes their design dreams come true time and time again.

Larissa has been part of the Landry Designs team since 2021, bringing both creative talent and valuable hands-on experience across a wide variety of projects. As the daughter of an artist, her eye for color, composition, and detail comes naturally, and she loves helping clients transform their spaces into environments that feel beautiful, functional, and uniquely personal. Known for her positive energy and approachable style, Larissa is passionate about guiding clients through the design process and bringing their vision to life. A proud hometown girl from Mansfield, Texas, Larissa also embraces her strong Brazilian heritage. She especially loves visiting Brazil, enjoying the cuisine, and participating in the vibrant Carnival celebrations.

Rhea has had the pleasure of working alongside the Landry Designs team for many years through the installation side of projects, giving her a deep appreciation for both the design process and the details that bring a space to life from start to finish. Today, she brings that hands-on experience, creativity, and real-world understanding to every client she serves, helping create spaces that truly reflect their style and how they want to live. When she’s not transforming homes, Rhea is busy keeping up with her three girls, squeezing in a workout, or treating herself to a well-deserved mani/pedi. Her personal motto: “Make everything beautiful—whether it’s a room, a moment, or a memory.”

Lola brings her creativity and technical expertise to every project she touches. Having earned her bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, she’s passionate about assisting with transforming ordinary spaces into beautiful, functional environments that reflect clients’ personalities and lifestyles. Lola’s happy places are in the kitchen cooking and outdoors enjoying nature — both sources of inspiration for her fresh, inviting design style.

Meet Summaiya, the financials queen with an eagle eye for details and a serious love for all things numbers! Her passion isn’t just in crunching those digits; it totally lights up her work, making sure every penny is right where it should be at Landry Designs. Thanks to her rock-solid MBA in Finance and some serious skills honed at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, she’s pretty much a financial wizard. She’s not stopping there, though. Summaiya’s gearing up to conquer the CPA exam next, always pushing to elevate her game. Go, Summaiya!

Meet Willow, our resident four-legged design consultant and the cheerful mascot of our studio! As a wire-haired fox terrier, Willow brings an abundance of energy and enthusiasm to our creative space. She greets clients with charm, supervises projects with a keen eye, and keeps us inspired.
